Companies interested in joining the Service Availability Forum™ can download, sign and submit the agreements below to the Service Availability Forum™ Administration. Contributor members need to submit both the Adopter Agreement and Contributor Addendum. Associate members need to submit both the Adopter Agreement and the Associate Addendum.
