Membership Agreement and By-laws
The SA Forum structure is simple and relatively flat with a board of directors overseeing two major work groups:
  • The Technical Work Group is where specifications and other technical output is generated.
  • The Marketing Work Group is responsible for awareness and adoption of the specifications.

Each quarter a face-to-face general meeting is held at a member’s facility. General meeting locations are rotated between Asia, North America and Europe.

Agreements & By-laws

Companies interested in joining the Service Availability Forum can download, sign and submit the agreements below to the Service Availability Forum Administration. Contributor members need to submit both the Adopters Agreement and Contributor Addendum. Associate members need to submit both the Adopters Agreement and the Associate Addendum.
